In Oct/'24 I had an MRI which revealed i had a torn meniscus, bone spurs and advanced osteoarthritis and that was just the left knee, right not much better. I started doing research and came across Yonder. I started taking 40g/day of Yonder Flavorless Collagen (4 scoops in my coffee) within 2 weeks I noticed a significant drop in my knee pain and by 4 weeks it was almost negligible, at 6 weeks I went into my Chiropractor and she was in shock that I was walking upright without limping.
I've had no steroid shots as recommended by my orthopedic surgeon, and I do not take over the counter pain relievers.
I know the collagen has not repaired my torn meniscus but I believe it has helped diminish the osteoarthritis inflammation which has in turn relieved the pain.
Side note and not something I was "working on" but my hubby says the cellulite on my thighs is not as noticeable! Since the collagen is the only difference in my life I attribute it to that little bonus!
