Due to our fast shipping process, once an order has been shipped, it is typically not possible to change or cancel that order. Please order carefully and make sure your order is correct before payment. In the event there was an error, please message us as soon as possible and we will correct your error if time permits. For any returns, please follow the return policy.
Your satisfaction with Yonder and our products is of the highest importance to us. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund for the cost of returned items.
If you are dissatisfied with a product, or find any defects due to manufacturing and/or workmanship, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to remedy the issue, including replacing the product up to 30 days from purchase.
Fulfillment errors resulting in the shipment of incorrect products will be accepted for return up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
To make a return or exchange, please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization number. The return process is simple: Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the product packaging so we can easily identify the order, ship to our business, and we will credit the account used to make the purchase within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned items, or contact you to complete an exchange.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without a return authorization number. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us for assistance. We will respond M-F from 9:00am-5:00pm PST. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
