Egg and Veggie Scramble Recipe

In Oct/'24 I had an MRI which revealed i had a torn meniscus, bone spurs and advanced osteoarthritis and that was just the left knee, right not much better. I started doing research and came across Yonder. I started taking 40g/day of Yonder Flavorless Collagen (4 scoops in my coffee) within 2 weeks I noticed a significant drop in my knee pain and by 4 weeks it was almost negligible, at 6 weeks I went into my Chiropractor and she was in shock that I was walking upright without limping.
I've had no steroid shots as recommended by my orthopedic surgeon, and I do not take over the counter pain relievers.
I know the collagen has not repaired my torn meniscus but I believe it has helped diminish the osteoarthritis inflammation which has in turn relieved the pain.
Side note and not something I was "working on" but my hubby says the cellulite on my thighs is not as noticeable! Since the collagen is the only difference in my life I attribute it to that little bonus!

Organic Mushroom Coffee

In the morning when I rise, give me Jesus, coffee and Yonder collagen. I have noticed my knees are not hurting as much and I just feel overall better in my joints. My skin, hair and nails look better too. I have told my friends and family about it and they love it too!

Since I have been using this product, I get so many compliments about how beautiful I look. While I do not see any difference myself, these comments have only started since taking this. At 65 with gray hair and not a lot of time put into makeup and hair, I am grateful.

It is good in coffee or mixed into cottage cheese or yogurt with fruit. If Im craving chocolate it’s satisfying. Also, the “sweetener” flavoring in this is not overwhelming.

Love supporting a female owned, christian business that has collagen proteins with proven results. This is tasteless and dissolves well in my morning coffee, and my smoothies. Will definitely purchase again.
