Tori's Collagen Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe
Now on to making this blood sugar balancing recipe that’s not only high in protein, but a good source of vitamin A, C and omega 3s! Plus the added benefits of Yonder's Collagen!
1 cop unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Yonder collagen
1 frozen banana
2 Tbsp pumpkin purée
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp ground flax
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Tip: Top with whipped cream for a special holiday treat
