This is what I actually eat. Not a challenge, not a program. Just the everyday food I have built my life around for twenty-five years, written down for you.

Why I wrote this down
I was thirty years old with a brand new baby and a year I did not plan for. I am not going to unpack all of it here. What I remember is the decision I made at the end of it, which was that I wanted to be at the table for my kids. Not just there. Strong.
So I quit looking for the thing that fixes everything and I built a morning I could actually keep. Bone broth on the back of the stove. Real food. Healthy fats. Sun on my arms and shoulders before the day got loud. A long walk. A hot bath with Epsom salts at the end of it.
That was the whole plan. No program, no 30-day anything, no before and after photo. Just the same unglamorous morning, over and over, for twenty-five years.
That baby is twenty-six now. His name is Brandon and he is the COO of this company.
Gina and I have been friends since seventh grade. When we reconnected in our thirties we were talking about everything. Health, mostly. And how we were both trying to be faith-rooted warrior moms, the heart of the home.
People ask me constantly what I actually eat. So I finally wrote all three weeks of it down.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for three weeks. You do not have to decide anything.

The daily habits underneath it
The walks, the water, the sun, the bath at night. The unglamorous part that makes the food part work.
