I have been on a health journey for over 6 years. After cutting out grains and sugars I decided to look into supplements. I have been struggling with several symptoms of perimenopause. Yonder seems to work well for me. To me it tastes weird in water. And it takes a while it to dissolve in cold beverages. But I really think it’s helping my hair grow already after about two months.

I found this product somewhat by accident. I purchased it and love this product. This product mixes very well with my coffee and does not leave a residue or glob of the product in the bottom of cup when I finish my cup of coffee. I use collagen for health purposes and have found that my nails and hair seem to be much improved and healthy. I like the flavor it adds to my coffee.
