Collagen Banana Pancake Recipe

Delicious banana pancakes in under 10 minutes.

  1. Mash banana in a medium bowl.
  2. Add 3 eggs and whisk together with banana.
  3. Add 20 grams of Collagen Peptides Flavorless to mixture and whisk together.
  4. Use ¼-1/2 cup of “batter” at a time in a pre-heated and greased skillet (with raw butter) over medium heat, flip when edges begin to appear cookedEgg. About 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve and enjoy! You can put a drizzle of maple syrup on top and have a side of berries and an over easy egg. That is a complete animal-based diet breakfast! SO GOOD!
