These tasty, protein energy balls are the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet cravings while giving you the energy boost you need!
They are a great snack to have on hand when you need a quick pick-me-up or to fuel your workouts.
And the best part is, you don't have to worry about running to the store for any fancy ingredients. Only 6 ingredients needed!
The hardest part is deciding between which Yonder Collagen you want to use, Vanilla or Chocolate! (Only have the flavorless, no problem - it works just as well)!
*some brands of oats contain trace amounts of gluten so if you have a severe gluten sensitivity or Celiac disease, please choose certified Gluten Free oats for this recipe.
First make sure your natural peanut butter is mixed well before measuring it out.
Add peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, salt, and mini dark chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and use a rubber spatula to mix until the batter is combined.
Stir with a rubber spatula to combine. (I do not recommend using a spoon because the batter is very thick and sticky).
It will take a few minutes to mix it all together.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Use a mini cookie scoop or a spoon to drop energy balls with a spoon onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet.
They should be around 1 inch in size.
Roll the energy balls with your hands to form the shape.
Place cookie sheet with the energy bites on it in the fridge for 1 hour, or until the balls are hardened.
Transfer energy balls to a ziploc bag and store in the freezer, unless you will eat within a week - In that case, just refrigerate in an airtight container.
Flavorless Collagen Peptides (When using the flavorless, make sure to use a 1/2 cup of honey and 1 tsp of vanilla)

In Oct/'24 I had an MRI which revealed i had a torn meniscus, bone spurs and advanced osteoarthritis and that was just the left knee, right not much better.
