Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1.5 cup almond milk
- 1 heaping tablespoon of almond butter

10 -20 grams of Collagen
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 heaping teaspoon of Superfood, (i.e. ground chia seed)
Directions
Put all ingredients in your blender, blend and serve immediately!
