Angelyca's Collagen Peanut Butter Cookies
These easy, 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies are made with Yonder's Vanilla Collagen and yields 20 cookies. They are delicious, low in sugar, and are packed with both protein and Yonder's amazing vanilla collagen!
1 cup Kirkland Organic Peanut Butter
4 scoops Yonder Vanilla Collagen Peptides
Mix all ingredients into a bowl until well combined.
Roll into 1’ balls, then press down and score the top with a fork for that traditional peanut butter cookie look.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
6 grams of protein per cookie.
