I don’t know why, but Yonder Collagen is different/better than others I have tried. I can actually feel a difference in my strength and feeling of well-being. I take quite a bit, around 40-60 grams per day, as I’m dealing with T2 Diabetes and some muscle weakness. However, after I ramped up the amount I take (to 40-60 grams of protein per day), I am much stronger. I’m able to lift weights and use a kettlebell very effectively. I’m about to turn 74, and my goal is to be able-bodied and strong enough to care for myself and others for as long as possible. I consider Yonder Collagen one of the best “medicines” I can take.
