This blend is delicious and an effective way to add vitamins and minerals to your and your children's diets. My picky teenager approves. The raw pasture-raised egg provides protein and essential vitamins like B-12 and D, along with healthy fat. Using raw milk also adds more vitamins than pasteurized milk and preserves its natural digestive enzymes. Adding clean pasture-raised and Chocolate grass-fed collagen peptide protein adds amino acid building blocks great for my hair, nails, skin, joints and gut.  I feel great when I consume it and give it to my son.

  • 1 scoop of Yonder Chocolate Collagen
  • 1.5 cups of raw milk (I find my raw milk at Sprouts)
  • 1 raw egg - pasture raised (soy free a bonus)
  • pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in your blender, I use my NutriBullet if it is just for me, if I am making a smoothie for two, I will use my Vitamix Blender and double the recipe. Serve immediately!
