Organic Mushroom Coffee

Absolutely not! Our coffee exudes only the aroma and flavor of the finest quality organic coffee available globally. All our coffee products are genuine brewable options; we do not offer "instant" coffee drinks, which are simply powders dissolved in liquid. Our specialization lies in providing authentic, premium coffee experiences.

Half the caffeine (45 mg per 8 oz serving), more mental clarity; replace your regular coffee with our organic Arabica coffee mushroom blend. Each serving also contains organic 616 mg of Lion's Mane and 618 mg of Chaga mushrooms offering a beneficial amount of mushrooms per serving. Lions Mane: Supports healthy brain function, concentration, memory recall, creativity, and productivity. Chaga: Supports the reduction of inflammation and is extremely high in antioxidants, supports good blood sugar levels, insulin resistance & immune system. Our suggested use on the packaging which says 1-2 tables spoons per 6-8oz of filter water really depends on how strong you want the coffee. If you want stronger coffee, use 2 tablespoons which would double the caffeine and mushrooms.   

Mycotoxins are naturally occurring toxins produced by certain molds (fungi) and can be found in food. At Yonder, we take the safety and quality of our coffee very seriously. We test every batch of green coffee beans we source for the presence of four common mycotoxins: Ochratochin A, Aflatoxin B1, Fumonisin B1 and T-2. Additionally, we moisture test every batch of green coffee before roasting to ensure that moisture levels are below 12.5%, which prevents the growth of mycotoxins. Lastly, we roast every batch for over 10 minutes at temperatures above 415 degrees, which has been shown to eliminate any risk of mycotoxins. This is our Mycotoxins-Free Assurance to our customers.

We currently do not offer a decaf coffee; however, we are planning to offer a Swiss Water Processed Decaf Organic Coffee in the future.
