Natural Flavors: We use only pure clean plant based ingredients for our Natural Flavors. There is NO MSG. They are fully Vegan. There are no artificial ingredients or chemicals within our Natural Flavors. They are free of major allergens: milk, eggs, fish [e.g., bass, flounder, cod], Crustacean shellfish [e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp], tree nuts [e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans], peanuts, wheat [gluten], and soybean.

Did not try after seeing xanthan gum was in your product. I’m trying not to use any product with it. Not very good for digestion.

A nominal amount is used in our Chocolate Collagen Peptides to give the powder a better mouthfeel. We are very picky about the purity and cleanliness of all our ingredients.

Is Xanthan Gum Safe?
The scientific consensus suggests that consuming up to 15 grams of Xanthan gum per day is generally safe. However, as noted in clinical studies(https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8329363/), consistently consuming 15 grams or more daily may lead to side effects such as increased stool output, more frequent bowel movements, and flatulence.

Our chocolate collagen has a nominal amount significantly less than 15g per serving. If you have any specific dietary concerns, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional.
