Tap to crack: Flip the knife upside down and use the thicker part near the handle to gently tap around the shell’s perimeter. Keep turning & tapping! It may feel like nothing is happening but trust me, it WILL crack!
Pry it open: After about 60 seconds of tapping, you’ll see a crack forming, just pry off the top and voilà!
