In a bowl, mix lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.

Recipe Note
The Prep Time includes Marinating Time of 30 minutes, this is optional but recommended. If you're in a rush, you can skip marinating and have this dish ready in 15 minutes! The cook time can be anything between 5-6 minutes, just keep a good eye on the shrimp to not overcook.
