A delicious healthy breakfast or dessert!
Quick and easy recipe you will LOVE!
Ingredients
1 & 1/3 cup oats
2 ripen bananas
4 eggs
1 cup milk of choice (I used homemade cashew milk)
3 rounded tablespoons of cocoa powder (4 if not using Yonder's chocolate collagen)
-
2 scoops Yonder's chocolate collagen
-
1-2 scoops of Flavorless collagen
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
Optional: Add 2-4 tbsp of sweetener of choice (date or maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar)
Mini chocolate and a pinch or two of coarse sea salt to sprinkle on top.
Directions
(Preheat over or toaster oven to 350).
Add all ingredients (except the mini chocolate chips) into a blender and blend until all is combined.
Pour into 4 individual lightly greased ramekins.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over each.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. As soon as you remove from the oven, top with coarse sea salt.
Recipe Note
Best served warm.
If serving as a breakfast, I like to serve with greek yogurt or cottage cheese on the side with fresh raspberries.
If serving it as a dessert, I like to add a dollop of homemade whip cream. (It is super easy to make: whip up heavy whipping cream & vanilla until it is stiff). Enjoy!
