Ingredients
- 1 package of German Sausage or Knockwurst (I buy hormone free german sausage from Whole Foods) (save leftover sausage or make more servings than one)
- 3 ounces of Sauerkraut
- 3 tablespoons of dijon mustard
Instructions
- Warm German Sausage according to package and cut in pieces and put on a plate.
- Add the Sauerkraut and dijon mustard and serve with a fork and knife. Enjoy!
