Eating Healthy Fats is Good for You and Helps You Lose Weight
Eating healthy fat helps prevent cancer and heart disease. Avoiding healthy fats increases your risk of cancer, heart disease, and even obesity! We need all the help we can get toward optimal fatty acid balance. Boost your intake of avocados, coconut, macadamia nuts, fish oils, olive oil, meats, eggs, and full-fat dairy. I have many of these as well as the items in the photo to the left on hand day in and day out.
Healthy fats are satisfying and make us feel full. They do a better job at this then carbohydrates, and they support healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well as support healthy cardiovascular, brain, skin, and immune function, AND reduce the risk of high blood pressure, blood clots that cause heart attacks, arthritis, autoimmune disorders, and cognitive problems such as depression, Alzheimer’s, and even ADHD.
